OVERVIEW:

The Center for Healthy Living was designed to consolidate the wellness amenities and resources of the main Moorings Park campus into a single, cohesive destination. Bringing together physicians, rehabilitation services, fitness, arts and learning, and spa offerings, the center serves as a central social hub for this luxury living community.

Given its importance, the stair entry was envisioned as a defining architectural moment. Móz played a key role in shaping an aspirational, high-end arrival experience, delivering a design that reflects both the sophistication of the community and its coastal setting.

The installed product is the Móz Tides Ocean Waves Wall Panel System, configured in a vertical orientation. The design features Moz Blendz 418 Ripples Gloss material, delivering a dynamic, reflective surface.

The installation consists of 48 panels in a mix of 24″ × 43″ and 24″ × 54″ sizes, covering approximately 4,400 square feet. The system also includes snap bars and end closure bars to ensure a complete and refined installation.
