OVERVIEW:

The Luxe Greenhouse is a 293-square-foot working greenhouse that reimagines traditional greenhouse architecture by relocating it from the backyard to the heart of the home within a residence’s finished lower level. Designed by Laura Yeager Smith Home & Design, the space blends year-round cultivation with a refined residential aesthetic, creating a biophilic “jewel box” that serves as both a functional growing environment and a striking design feature within the home.

Moz Designs contributed a series of custom laser-cut metal panels that help define the greenhouse’s layered atmosphere of light and texture. Installed along exterior-facing glass, the panels filter natural light while introducing an organic visual element that reinforces the project’s connection to nature.

Fabricated from 4′ × 8′ aluminum sheets with the Tree pattern from the Moz Laser Cut Collection, the panels feature a Gold Metallic Powder Coat finish on both sides. The six custom panels create a sculptural screen that softens incoming light and enhances the greenhouse’s immersive design environment. In total, 192 square feet of Moz laser-cut panels were incorporated into the project.
