SCOPE:
Moz Designs provided custom Vertenza Grip Dividers for the Westport Apartments, integrating modern aesthetics with durable functionality. The installation includes two floor-to-ceiling panels, each panel measuring 43-5/8″ x 124″, fabricated from 3/16″ thick aluminum. The panels feature Moz’s Royal Laser Cut Pattern and are finished in a Gold Metallic powder coat on both sides for a refined, architectural look.

Structural support is provided by two 2″ square aluminum posts with integrated gripper mounts, color-matched to the panels. Additional grippers were included for secure wall-mounted installation, ensuring seamless visual integration and stability. This installation reflects a blend of precision fabrication and elevated design for a high-end multifamily environment.
