Leon Medical Center – Making a Statement with Metal
The Leon Medical Center in Hialeah, Florida is a 4-story, 65,000 sq ft building completed in November 2016. This new, state-of-the-art healthcare facility houses the latest in medical equipment and offers a spectrum of services, including primary care, specialty care, optical, dental, pharmacy, and healthy living center, all under one roof. It is the first of its kind with fully integrated technologies across the board, making it a truly “smart” medical building. Leon Medical Centers have a reputation for providing the highest level of services to the Medicare population in Miami-Dade county, and the newly built facility at East Hialeah is poised to bring much-needed services to the growing community.
The custom Móz Weave Wall featured at the Leon Medical Center spans approximately 675 sq ft throughout the building’s central atrium. The woven ribbon panels are manufactured from 12″ wide aluminum metal and infused with a Light Champagne color and Bamboo grain then finished with a layer of matte polycoat. Designed for easy assembly and installation, the rhythmic pattern, sophisticated color, and handcrafted grain in this expansive wall feature provide texture, depth, and movement to an innovative healthcare environment.
